Monday is the day to especially pay homage to the tasty, tasty pig. Sun Wah BBQ has been doing it’s part for over 35 years in providing Hong Kong’s finest pork offerings to the Chicagoland area. Carry out and limited dine-in are available until 8:30pm.

Astute observers will frequently see huge long cartons carried out our doors. These are whole Hong Kong Style Roasted Pigs – available in a range of sizes – and typically destined for the most impressive centerpiece of a banquet dinner, ceremony, or numerous other types of special events. Only need to feed a table’s worth of guests? Our dine-in Hong Kong Style Roast Pork is available three portion sizes while those ordering for carry-out at our front kitchen can purchase by-the-pound. Roast Pork is fantastic with our house-blended hoisin and chili oil sauces.

Char Siu
Char Siu

BBQ Pork, also called Char Siu in the Cantonese vernacular, is our honey-glazed pork loin strips. Beyond the sliced plating shown, it’s the primary component in Pork Fried Rice or noodle dishes.
