Happy lunar new year! Sun Wah BBQ is underway preparing for our annual Chinese New Year’s feast again. The two dates designated for this event are Friday, February 4, 2022 and Saturday, February 5, 2022. This is our special prix-fixe dinner event featuring a specially-curated menu to celebrate the auspicious start of the Chinese New Year.
Due to ongoing pandemic precautions, we are only selling whole tables to promote familiar participant grouping. Each table seats 10 participants. 80 seats are available each night.
Each whole table costs $500. This includes tax, but does not cover drinks or gratuity. Bring-your-own wines will incur a $10 corkage fee per 750mL bottle.
ALL participants in your party will need to be masked -and- show full vaccination proof; two doses of the vaccine with the 2nd dose occurring BEFORE January 20, 2022.

Seating starts at 6:00pm. Feast begins at 6:30pm.
Event takes place in Sun Wah BBQ’s main dining room.
To purchase your table, call us during business hours or stop by. Indicate which date your party is interested in attending. Tables are paid in advance using only Visa, Mastercard, or cash. Checks are not accepted. Cancelation before Sunday, January 30, 2022 will be eligible for a full in-person refund; You must be present in the store with credit card used. After 5pm of this date, the sale is non-refundable.
Cancellations sometimes occur as late as the day of the event. This opens up opportunities for others who are on a wait-list, so be prepared for some extreme last-minute notifications.
On the day of your feast, factor ample time to find street parking. We do not possess nor offer parking. Neighboring parking structures BELONG EXCLUSIVELY TO APARTMENT TENANTS.of 5050. You will be subject to getting towed in this private property.
Serving format is “communal” (family) style where the dish sizes are fixed for a 10-count. Ordering off-course additional items from our standard menu is permitted, but be advised there may be delays as our focus is on expediting feast items.
As the feast concludes, drinks, corkage, additional orders and gratuity will be billed separately. Consider settling up using cash as there is almost always a credit card processing bottleneck at the end of events like this.
