It’s National Lobster Day on Friday, September 25, and Sun Wah BBQ continues to offer fresh lobster flown in regularly from the Eastern seaboard. It’s directly sourced to eliminate any chances of the lobster languishing in the typical distributor-to-distributor transit shuffle. Our live tank will only be stocked with just enough lobsters to make their stay a short one. When we’re out, we’re out until the next supply flies in. If you see lobster in our tanks, order it for a decadent Lobster Noodle or stir-fried with Ginger Scallion.
