Sun Wah BBQ had limited hours for Thanksgiving Thursday in 2023. Carry-out counter opened starting at 8:30am. Dining room service began at 10:00am with final seating at 4:30pm. Advance reservation is always recommended as walk-in wait times may start tickling the 2-hour mark — or not available at all if it shoots beyond the 4:30pm final seating. Walk-in carry out orders may also take considerably longer to fulfill on this busy day.

As Saturday approaches for this year’s Sweetest Day, celebrate it with your sweetheart at Sun Wah BBQ with a Beijing Duck Dinner carved tableside. Just a reminder that our weekend reservations routinely fill up days in advance.
Sept 4, 2023 – Open Labor Day
Sun Wah BBQ will be open Labor Day Monday under its normal business hours. Doors open at 9:00am for carry out. The dining room begins service at 10:30am. Final seating is scheduled for 8:30pm.
July 4, 2023 – Independence Day
On Tuesday, July 4th, Sun Wah BBQ will have limited hours. Our carry out counter opens at 9:00am. The dining room starts service at 10:30am and continues until its last seating at 6:00pm. Those hoping to dine-in without reservations should arrive considerably earlier to be on our walk-in waitlist. The restaurant will be closed for vacation immediately following the 4th.
June 18, 2023 – Father’s Day
Call in to reserve your table and time slot for Father’s Day before someone else does! Sun Wah BBQ will be open until 8:30pm.
May 29, 2023 – Memorial Day Hours
Sun Wah BBQ will follow normal business hours for Memorial Day Monday. Our dining room’s final seating takes place at 8:30pm.
May 14, 2023 – Mother’s Day
A treat for mom is a treat for all when celebrating Mother’s Day at Sun Wah BBQ. The restaurant will maintain normal business hours but be aware of increased walk-in wait times if savvy patrons phone-in their reservations days in advance snapping up all the prime time slots.
April 9, 2023 – Easter Hours
Sun Wah BBQ will maintain its regular business hours for Easter Sunday. Carry-out service starts at 9:00am. Dining room opens at 10:30am. Final seating takes place at 8:30pm with our front and rear kitchens closing for the night.
February 14, 2023 – Valentine’s Day
In 2023, Valentine’s Day falls on a Tuesday. While weekdays are relatively easy days to score a dine-in table as a walk-in, this may not be the case for Valentine’s Day. Consider reserving that romantic table-for-two before someone else does! Sun Wah BBQ will maintain normal business hours for this day. Final seating with kitchens closing at 8:30pm.
