FOOD ALLERGIES

Sun Wah BBQ takes food allergies seriously and we can only do this when clearly notified by our guests. Please inform your server of any allergies there may be within your party to things such as gluten, shellfish, soy, eggs, nuts, etc. Some menu items may require easy changes to ingredient selection or cooking method while others will have to be omitted entirely.

BYOB

Our Bring-Your-Own policy only extends to wines and champagnes. A $15 corkage fee is put on each bottle not to exceed 750mL. No other outside alcohol is permitted. Outside beers are prohibited.  This policy stands and supersedes erroneous claims of third party websites.

PAYMENT

The restaurant accepts only cash, Sun Wah Gift Cards, Visa, or MasterCard. $14 minimum purchase on Visa/MasterCard payments. Please inform your server before ordering if the party is splitting checks to streamline the itemization process. If applying multiple cards to a bill, we request this be limited to 3 forms of payment. Checks, Discover, AmEx, Diner’s Club, Bitcoin and WeChatPay are not accepted.

RESERVATIONS

Reservation guidelines can be found on its dedicated page. Reservations exist not only to secure and expedite seating, but also helps gauge the number of Beijing Duck Dinners that have to be prepared. Guests with reservations have priority on the last remaining ducks for the evening.

PARKING

The restaurant owns none of the private lots and structures that surround it. They are not for restaurant use. Street parking is routinely available within posted ParkChicago signs throughout this neighborhood. The city of Chicago enforces ticketing and towing.
